| Ox Yoke Inn | 6pm – 8pm | Communal Dining and Historical Experience. The menu and dining experience is reminiscent of the days of communal kitchens of which the Ox Yoke once was. It will include a presentation by a local historian dressed in communal era garb, some original utensils, how the food was grown, harvested, prepared and served. $25 per person includes program, entree, beverage, dessert, tip and tax. Taste a sample or enjoy a feast of Amana Colonies favorites and the best of the world - all from right here in Iowa! Enjoy diverse ethnic and cultural foods all under one roof. Food tickets may be purchased at the Festhalle Barn entrance for $1 per ticket. | |
| Kinderplatz | 11 – 1pm | “Fun with Bugs, Blooms & Babes!” Bugs in abundance! Come see what Sean Curry, naturalist at Lake Iowa County Park, brings to surprise you! Make you own bug box and more creepy crawly crafts to take home! Meet us at the Market Barn behind Lehm Books. | |
| Pony-Go-Round | 11 am – 4 pm | Located at the Market Barn behind Lehm Books. Kids love ponies! This is their chance to ride a pony, wear a cowboy hat and have their picture taken! $3 per ride. Photo packages available. | |
| Chocolate Haus | Noon – 2pm | Come play with Sparkles the Clown on our patio. Also Chocolate Maikäfer “May Bugs” available only during Maifest. These are considered a good luck beetle if you see one in Germany as they are rare. Come in and read about their good luck! | |

| Festhalle Barn | Noon – 2pm | Enjoy the polka music of our own local Die Tiefen Keller Kinder polka band. They will entertain you as you enjoy the Taste of the World in the Amana Colonies at the Festhalle. | |
| Ronneburg Restaurant | Noon – 4pm | Becky and The Ivanhoe Dutchmen will be performing a famous collection of German and Czech Polka music. | |

| Heritage Designs, Quilting & Needlework | ALL DAY | All day Come meet fiber artist Sue Kluber, the first place winner in the Fabric Art Division of the American Quilter’s Society Quilt Show in Des Moines last fall, and see her winning entry “Old Soldier”. Sue will also have her 2011 second place winning entry “Landslide” on display, along with several other original pieces, some of which will be available to purchase. Sue has published six art quilt patterns, all available at Heritage Designs, and will be signing patterns during this special event. | |
